A perfect opportunity to combine seeing the sites of Siem Reap and making a positive contribution to local communities..
Stepping Stones Cambodia Organisation has been working with communities in Siem Reap for over three years now, mainly providing free English education to 700 children, along with health care, agriculture and support to poor local families. We also help in maintenance and re‑building of houses and also offer support in many different ways such as transport to hospitals, providing emergency dental care etc. when necessary. Overload Cambodia would like to be able to offer financial support to Stepping Stones Cambodia in order to work alongside them to assist in making positive change - one step at a time - for the poorer rural communities around Siem Reap.
If you and your friends would like to help during your travels, while at the same time, learn more about this country’s culture and tradition – and meet the local villagers of Kok Thnot Village, please join us at Overload Cambodia.
Overload Cambodia would like to encourage high school students groups to come and join us in order to learn more about this country and its people. We would love you to meet our local young adult volunteers from Stepping Stones School. These students give up their free time after school to work at Stepping Stones to help their community every day. Their goal is to help, to be a role model, to learn, share and give back to their community.
In this tour program, you will be giving up your time on a volunteer basis to help rebuild houses or other projects which the School is involved in at the time. After the volunteer stage of your tour, you will then get to relax and enjoy some time exploring some Siem Reap sites.
